Orders
Orders and Purchasing
Simply browse the shop, add your favourite items to your cart, and head to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders more easily. If you need any help, our contact form is always open.
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change please contact us as soon as possible at info@colorfulchaoshq.com. We will do our best to help, but once an order has moved to production or dispatch we may not be able to make changes.
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. If you still cannot find it, reach out and we will resend it.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also log into your account at any time to check the status of your orders.
Contact us as quickly as possible at info@colorfulchaoshq.com with your order number and the details of what needs to change. We will always try our best to sort it out before your order is dispatched.
Shipping
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Most standard orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
P.S. We don't ship internationally.
Free shipping thresholds and promotions are updated regularly. Check our current shipping rates at checkout or look out for free shipping announcements in our email newsletters and social media. Sign up to the email list so you never miss one.
First, check your tracking link. If the tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbours or building reception. If your package seems genuinely lost, contact us at info@colorfulchaoshq.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love every Colorful Chaos purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Email us at info@colorfulchaoshq.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. We will guide you through the process and provide any return labels or instructions needed.
We are so sorry about that! Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will replace or refund your item as quickly as possible. This is always our priority to fix.
Yes, where stock allows. Contact us and we will do our best to swap your item for the size or colour you need. If the exact item isn't available, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

Each product page includes a sizing guide. We recommend checking the measurements carefully before ordering, as sizing can vary between styles. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Still unsure? Email us and we will help you pick.
Material details are listed on each product page. We work hard to source comfortable, quality materials that look great and hold up wash after wash. If you have specific material sensitivities or questions, reach out before ordering and we will help.
To keep your colors bright and bold: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on printed areas. Following care instructions will help your Colorful Chaos pieces stay vibrant for as long as possible.

For personal creative use we are usually happy to help. For commercial use of our characters, we handle requests on a case-by-case basis. Reach out via our custom orders form to discuss your project and we will let you know what is possible.
Timelines depend on the complexity and quantity of your order. Once we have chatted through the details we will give you a clear estimate. Rush orders may be possible — just ask and we will do our best.
