Colorful Chaos is a small LGBTQ+ owned and operated business, and at this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless a product is defective or has a quality issue. We stand by our products and will make things right if there is an issue on our end!
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If the issue is determined to be our error, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.
1. Address Issues & Reshipment Responsibility
- If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
- You are responsible for reshipment costs, which must be paid before we send the item again.
- If an incorrect address results in a lost package, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
2. Lost or Missing Shipments
- If your package is lost in transit, you must submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
- If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will replace or refund the item at our discretion.

4. Returns & Refunds
General Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. However, if your product is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us at support@colorfulchaoshq.com within 30 days of receipt, and we will resolve the issue.
Brazil Customers
If you regret a purchase, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide clear photos of the product to request a return.
- Ensure the product is unused and undamaged—returns cannot be accepted if the item has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
If the request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. EU Consumer Rights
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, making them unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Due to these legal provisions, Colorful Chaos reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
5. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.
