3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Products are made to order and shipped by our fulfillment partners.
  • Estimated Delivery: Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. Estimated shipping dates are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at support@colorfulchaoshq.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for reshipment costs.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: As a small business, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, email us at support@colorfulchaoshq.com within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll make it right at our expense.
  • EU & Brazil Customers:
    • Brazil: You may request a return within 7 days of receipt, subject to evaluation.
    • EU: Returns are not accepted for personalized or sealed items (in compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • Our Content: All images, logos, designs, and trademarks on our site belong to Colorful Chaos and may not be copied, sold, or used without permission.
