To help avoid product waste, we work with an on-demand order fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Below are details on processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if your order doesn’t arrive on time.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be fulfilled before shipping.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery.
- Order Changes & Cancellations: Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. If you need to update an order, please contact us at support@colorfulchaoshq.com ASAP, and we’ll do our best to assist.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- USA: 4-8 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Canada: 6-8 business days
Note: These are estimated times and do not include processing times. Some orders may experience unexpected delays due to customs, shipping carrier issues, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple and affordable:
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping Rates:
- below $45.00 – $5.99 shipping
- $45.00 and up – $9.99 shipping
CANADA and UK Shipping Rates:
- $16.99 - Flat Rate Shipping
4. Where Will My Order Ship From?
We partner with a global network of fulfillment centers to ensure faster shipping times. Your order will ship from the facility closest to your delivery location.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International Orders: Customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by Colorful Chaos.
- We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for potential charges before placing an order.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your order is missing, please:
- Double-check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Verify that the shipping address entered was correct.
- Check with neighbors or your local post office in case the package was misdelivered.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after taking these steps, contact us at support@colorfulchaoshq.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship to sanctioned or embargoed countries.
- Some locations may experience longer-than-average delivery times due to customs processing or shipping delays.
- P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Some items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If there are issues, we will contact you.
